Welcome to Gracie’s Bakery! I’m Dana, and you may know me from my time on the Great British Bake Off, where I had the incredible opportunity to showcase my love of baking. As a self-taught baker, my journey has been a blend of creativity and dedication from creating hand made postal brownie boxes to making wedding cakes. Named after my beloved dog, Gracie, this bakery is a labour of love and I am so grateful to be going on this journey with you.
